Training:

We use a very hands on training method.  As a trainee you will work closely with one of our recruiters, learning each step of the process as you go.  Your training will come from multiple sources.  We have several tape series that you will listen to, we have put together a training manual, but the bulk of your training will come from the recruiter you work with. 

You will have to learn several things in a short period of time.  Initially we will teach you to use all of the equipment and resources available to you.  You will learn how our database works, how to search for candidates, in short all of the operations you will need to be able to perform on a day to day basis.  

We will teach you how to find job openings, secure a search agreement, find the sources of candidates for your jobs, recruit from those sources, and ultimately put  all the elements together.
