Paint, Coatings and Allied Chemicals

This division was established in 1996 to specifically recruit talented individuals in the Paint, Coatings and Allied Chemicals industry. We recruit nationally and internationally for positions in Research and Development, Technical Services, Sales, Marketing and Senior Management. These positions include all levels, from the "bench" to the corporate offices.

We have strong candidates in polymer and resins also!

Some of the services we offer:

	We maintain a database of approximately 5,000 potential candidates specifically within this industry. 70% of the database is made up of the "core" of the industry, the Chemists/Engineers that make the products! 20% is dedicated to the Sales and Marketing professionals, and the rest are the Senior Management candidates.
	CSC tracks the candidates so that we can match their specific needs with the needs of our Client companies. Most of our candidates are currently employed, so they don't have time to search the "want ads". Also, most of our candidates are happy and successful in their careers, just looking for that "perfect" opportunity. 	For the hiring managers or Human Resources professionals we deliver a monthly newsletter titled The "A" List. It features articles on subjects related to hiring new employees, keeping your current employees happy, and other subjects that may give you a different perspective on the various aspects of hiring. It also features short profiles of some of the most talented candidates we have come in contact with the previous month.
