John Hammes Sr.
John B Hammes Sr. is the latest addition to our
team. He offers well rounded management experience and knows what
managers look for in a candidate.
Raised in the central Illinois town of Astoria,
Illinois, he started out of high school working in manufacturing. He went
back to school in 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business
from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois, with a double major
in Management and Economics. Since then he’s acquired ten years of
management experience in various manufacturing fields and service
industries.
John currently lives in Mattoon, Illinois and was
recruited into Career Search Consultants in 2002. He offers insight into
what constitutes the hard-to-find, exceptional candidate that managers
want, as well as understanding the problems managers have in keeping
competitive with other companies in their field.
