Income/Compensation/Benefits:

Our Recruiters positions are commission based with commissions ranging from 40 to 70% on a sliding scale.

To give you an idea of what can be expected  according to their  "Annual survey of recruiting firms", by "The Fordyce Letter" 

Billings/sales by tenure

1-2 years

$ 149,423

3-4 years

$ 155,112

5-6 years

$ 194,776

7 or more years

$ 226,106

If you apply these amounts within our commission program  you can figure out exactly what you would make with us.  For example if you billed/sold $150,000 in a calendar year  you would earn $75,000 in commissions and bonuses.  If you Billed $200,000 you would earn $105,000 in commissions and bonuses. 
 
Commission Schedule
We compensate on a sliding scale the higher your productivity the high your percentage.  The scale is as follows:
You earn a 40% commission on your billings up to $50,000, 
50% for $50,001 to $100,000, 
60% for $100,001 to $150,000, 
70% Above $150,001
