Our current philosophy is to develop entrepreneurial individuals who seek control of their own future.

We are not seeking those individuals that have "employee" mentality.  Rather we are seeking those who believe in themselves and know that if they are given the right opportunity they can blossom.

Working for us is much like having your own small business.  You would work out of your own home office.  You control how much you work and on what you focus (and how much money you earn in return).  We do work with you and train you, and we are always here to support you, but the ultimate responsibility rest on your shoulders.

Can you do it? Can you motivate yourself?  Can you push yourself when its hard?

Only you know.

In return for training you and supporting you,  we seek an investment on your part.  But, the investment isn't money, its heart.  You have to put your heart into it and you have to be willing to take a risk.  We don't offer a salary so the start up can be a bit rough just like starting up any small business, except that you don't have any start up expenses so it is just making it through the first few months until your income starts coming in.

How much income? Average recruiters make $50,000 to $70,000 per year. Good recruiters make six figures and for exceptional recruiters the sky is the limit.  Our Commission Scale is here.

Would You Make A Good Recruiter?

The main things that we look for in potential recruiter are:

bulletSelf Motivation.  We can train you, but only you can continue to push yourself to succeed.
bulletStrong Communications Skills. You must be able to communicate effectively.  That means you must speak clearly but also listen well.  While most of our work is done in conversation, some written correspondence is used as well.
bulletSales or Customer Service Experience. It is very helpful to have sales skills going in to our training.
bulletIndustry Knowledge.  Industry knowledge is very helpful, the earlier you know the terminology of an industry the easier it is to work in it.
bulletSticktoitness. While that is not really a word, we look for a person who doesn't give up easily some one who will "Stick to it".  This job offers the opportunity to earn a very good income, but it has many frustrations.  Are you the kind of person who rises to a challenge.   Do you give up when you hear no or do you just try harder.  We are looking for a person who will keep trying even when they are frustrated.
bulletMoney Motivated. This job offers the rewards of a great income, if money drives you this will be a good career for you.
bulletSelf Confident.  Do you believe in yourself enough to take a straight commission sales position?  Commission based positions weed out the non-performers very fast.  If you have a track record of consistently performing you will do very well as you are paid for your results.  (But you have to have enough confidence in yourself to do it.)

What's in it for you?

bulletA lucrative commission scale that increases as your production increases.
bulletA strong training program

The Job:

Recruiter:   As a recruiter your job, in its most basic form, will have three main elements

    1. We locate, track, and recruit the best available talent in the industries we specialize in.
    2. We develop new client companies and new Job openings in our area’s of specialization.
    3. We put the first two together and help our client companies to hire the candidates.

What is expected of you:

Our recruiters in training are expected to make in excess of 80 phone calls per day. Your hours will vary depending on the part of the country you work in.  We generally work from 8AM in the time zone we are working in.  We spend the morning and early afternoon on the phone.  In the late afternoon you will do your planning and research for the following day.  In the evening you will probably have to make a few calls to contact those candidates who could not talk from at work.
